Nothing. Everything is fine.

All the staff are accommodating, kind, and helpful. Their service is wonderful, and the breakfast is hearty. The location is great - there are many restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s right by the beachfront. While it’s not the best beach for swimming, it offers a beautiful sunrise view.

The room was clean overall, but the toiletries could be improved, and the toilet facilities could be better maintained.

Excellent place to stay in General Luna. Make sure to contact them via phone/WhatsApp before so they arrange you the airport shuttle (300 php). Tricia welcomed me with an ice tea and gave me instrucrions for the stay before showing me to my room. She can arrange tours for you on the day/morning so you don’t feel to have to book in advance (you might not get the fancy tours with the GoPro etc but you also pay quite less). The beach access is amazing and makes the experience complete. Big garden and very big rooms which can be cleaned every day if you wish so. WiFi works well both in public space and the room. Breakfast is very good and you can pick everyday from the Barrel menu (that’s the bar next door). That and the advantage that you can order anything all day (hint: try the amaretto sour). The place is in the very center and you can walk everywhere or just take a tuktuk Overall, very good stay - recommended and hope it remains like this (and escape the gentrification of Siargao).

Minor things: - do note that barrel9 is next door so there might be noise in the evening but only till 12 or so. - I struggled to find a good balance for the air condition at night so that it’s cool but not very warm - bad mattress is not the best but for a few nights is okay

Konumu mükemmeldi. Kaldığımız oda hem çok geniş hem de bir kaç adımda denize çıkıyordu. Önü de denize girmek için mükemmel. Yemek seçenekleri de etrafa oldukça fazla. Bence tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

Staff = Amazing! Location = Amazing! Close to the beach and close to the main hub of General Luna.

By far, the worst bed I have ever slept on in the Philippines. The frame was made of plywood and was creaking and cracking every toss or turn of the body. Also, the mattress was unbelievably thin and everyday I woke up in incredible pain. Pretty disappointing considering how amazing everything else about this resort was.

Everything, starting from the staff (Trisha, Elsie, Edgna), the location (in front of the beach), the delicious breakfast and the great bar located just next to the hotel (part of the hotel)

Everything was pretty good! The only thing was the water pressure of the shower but not a big deal
