Nada, apartamento mt empoeirado e ruim. Tem muita coisa dentro dele, inclusive coisas velhas e pertences particulares, com fotos antigas, cheio de ganbiarra nas tomadas, não deveria ser alugado dessa forma, não oferece nada de conforto.

Localização é até boa, mas o prédio é mt ruim.
