Please inform Sea Views Aloha Apartment by GHR Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. GHR Rentals informs you that in Spain it is mandatory to provide documentation to prove the identity of all guests over 16 years of age to comply with article 12 of Organic Law 1/1992, of February 21, Protection of Citizen Security. Therefore, before accessing the apartment you will have to complete an online check-in in which you will be required to complete the information on your identity document, a photo of it, a verification selfie as well as the certification signature and the signing of the accommodation contract.
