Location

No parking available despite booking a space. The sofa was very old and stained. Arrival difficult as told to go to the blue bridge, there are 2 not given any details of how to enter the car parking .Overcharged by 10euro not refunded yet. Walls damaged in lounge. Stains on outside chairs

Outstanding location overlooking the Marina. All requirements met for a self service apartment. All languages TV stations. Great host who was very helpful.

No bathroom door on the en-suite in the main bedroom Poor lighting / lightbulbs not working No ventilation in en suite bathroom in main bedroom Heating not working over well No shelf in the en-suite main bedroom shower No grab handles in that shower

Everything was good perfect location apartment was clean and modern will definitely stay again x

My personal dislike was the pillows reminded me of airbeds!

The Marina itself

There are many many things we were unhappy with the appartments.We had to be moved from first appartment as it certainly wasn't luxury.Having unpacked everything after a stressful day we then had to pack everything away and be moved to another appartment and then had to unpack again. The first appartment had the following issues,which we made it clear, Beds rock hard Appartment not cleaned Fridge stank of raw fish wrapper left in. One toilet roll left Shutter in small room doesn't work Blind in little room doesn't work Main bedroom shower floor rusty Light bulb broke main bathroom ceiling No proper bath towels Sofa filthy stains all over had to cover it Wife had to clean everything Swimming pool out of bounds,it says on my booking that pool is open,part of reason we booked this. Sliding doors bedroom won't close No safe Sliding doors sitting room don't work Loud humming noise early hours morning going on for hours keeping us awake. We were then moved to another appartment one floor up.A big improvement but beds still rock hard,the appartment had loads of mosquitos,despite using mosquito plugs and creams i was bitten 15 times all over my body,my wife was bitten over a dozen times and our friends badly bitten too.We couldnt sleep on the bed as far too uncomfortable so had to sleep on the settee for 6 nights.We were not happy but to move again was far too much hassle,we wanted to enjoy our holiday.Again we were kept awake most of the night as one of the yaughts below our appartment had a loud clanging bell on its mast,Constantly banging for hours on end.We were shattered everyday and worn out through lack of sleep.We definately would not rate the appartments as luxurious,the view of the marina yes but the appartments no.A 3 star at the most is what these appartments were.They certainly were not worth the money that we paid and would not return.

The location was excellent ,the views were amazing, the apartment had very thing you need ,I would certainly go again, also we arrived very late and for some reason I had no internet on my phone so I could not contact the lady to meet me with the keys the lady’s name is Petra I would like to thank her very much eventually we made contact she had been trying to contact me also, she sent someone out with the keys at 12.30 am to show us around the apartment the service that the agents gave us was 10/10 thank you

Nothing really ,only one thing is it did not have an oven but did have a microwave, we did eat out every night so not a problem
