Very clean, modern apartment in a great location. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen. Views from the balcony were great.

This was our 5th stay in Agata, and this was the nicest studio we have stayed in. Everything was there that is needed, the views from the balcony are great overlooking Paloma park out to the Mediterranean, being able to watch the fishing boats, ferries, cruise ships and tankers made all the better with the binoculars supplied. Little touches like umbrellas which were needed twice during our stay. Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.

The only downside was the icebox in the fridge doesn't seem to be working properly as we bought ice-cream and it had melted within 2 days, but not a real problem and did not detract on how much we liked this apartment.

Appartment was well equipped, the view lovely,clean and quiet...close to the the bar areas and nice restaurants, would go back without a doubt, thanks Carlos!

The apartment is really close to the beach (around 10 minutes walk) and has a great view from the balkony. Also, Joanne allowed us to leave our baggage in the storage room and also was she was in touch all the time.

Balkon was dirty. And the kitchen equipment is pretty “tired”. There was no feeling of clean beds, shower is old and “tired”. Also, when we turned on the air there was a strange smell.

Lovely location, just a 15 minute walk through the park to the beach.

Half of the lifts were out of order due to building works. Those that were working were filthy. Builder's rubble everywhere on the ground floor. No attempt was made by anyone to clear up at the end of the day. Plenty of noise from builders work in the mornings.

Loved the apartment. It was well equipped. We liked the location as was close to the train and not bad a walk to the centre.

We were not fans of the lifts in the building, but it seems these are being replaced. Just be prepared for the hills and a lot of walking.
