"Superb"

The location was great for us. It is a short walk to the colonnade and a short walk to the woods. Great walks through the woods with our dog. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Communication with the host was very easy and always had quick responses. The kitchen was well equipped there is a small market close by good for all the basic needs. The pizza place across the street was very good.

"would rate as average, could have been better"

Nice location, away from most touristic hotels and close to the mountains

lint on bed sheets - it immediately felt like the sheets had been used and washed numerous times. Also, there was only one new toilet paper roll, the remaining two were almost finished. This generally gave a feeling the hosts did not care much about the comfort of the guests

Very nice flat with full accommodation. Very comfortable bed. Inside we can use guides from Karlovy Vary prepared by owners.

The flat is on 4 floors with steep stair
