Great location. At the same time, close to Lefkada city center (5 min drinving) and to great beaches like Agio Nikitas (18 min) and Kathisma (22 min driving). Good sized apartment with a balcony facing the pool and the beautiful landscape. The mood was very familiar and people were very smiley and friendly. Having the pool to close the days at the beach is a great plus.

The construction is a bit old. The only things new in the apartment are the AC and the telivision. The shower place has curtains and is very small.

Value for money and the owner is super friendly. The place is very clean and comfortable and quiet. We hope to visit again sometime in the future.

Loved the pool, parking, the apartment and the balconies and views. Distance to town wasn’t too bad and there are bicycles for you to borrow. The complex itself is kept very clean and tidy.

The only negative, which might not be the case for everyone, was the beds are very firm! That’s the only negative that I could comment on.

A lovely small property with only 12 apartments, owners were great, welcoming and comms were good. Set up for self catering only. Far enough out of town, but close enough to drive/cycle in, very clean, all basic facilities very good with free parking as well.

Set up for self catering, did not have a Kitchen or bar on site so you couldn't buy a coffee, drink or any food or even snacks. Basic cable TV, but could be better if included movie or sports channels. 1 or 2 industrial buildings dotted around the area hence some work noise can be heard. Could be slightly difficult to find as off the main road,especially for night arrivals.

Panos was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We got an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The apartment and all surrounding areas were clean. There was a well-maintained swimming pool with enough sunbeds, and free bikes were available. There were plenty of parking spaces for the apartments. It was about a 5-minute ride to the center of Lefkada, with good connections to the west coast, full of beautiful beaches.
