"What a place! Thato & Dineo are 1st class!"

We loved it from check-in to check out! Thato is such a friendly and welcoming lady! Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet her as she finished her shift by the time we arrived. I called her when we arrived and we she was just lovely. Dineo wa son site when we arrived. What a friendly lady. She made us feel extremely welcome. Such a cute personality. We needed to check out at 3.30 am to get to the airport for an early flight. She was awake and accompanied us to the car. Fabulous! Such a comfortable place! Will definitely visit again!

The lady I spoke to regarding my booking wasn't nice when I asked for directions since there were 2 locations (pick up of keys and the exact location of the place) she said "just go there" when I was confirming the pick up of keys because there was a different address of where to pick up the keys she wasn't polite
