It was good that there were extra blankets in the room.

At night there were people who made a big noise talking at the top of their voices and not sure if it was the staff or guests. This was unwelcome. The shower was noisy. You can even hear the neighbor taking a shower or opening a tap

"Glad to leave extra luggage for collection on my return from a quick stopover in KZN."

The communication between the host and myself and the staff. Although exhausted from travel it was not cumbersome.

Not knowing that watershedding was a possibility so waking up for an early flight to Plan B was not enjoyable.
