Very loud main street nearby. the tram running across the street was very loud. Also the car traffic. Thus couldn't open the windows. For checkout I didn't receive proper instructions where to leave the keys. Had to call the property number as the reception wasn't open. Very unpleasant experience as I had an urgent appointment to leave for.

The managing staff were very friendly and always catered to our requirements. Our check-in procedure was well instructed, we had no problems, although there was no one present in the late evening time. The cooking arrangement and utensils were very useful too.

The location was a bit off the main city and beside a cemetery. Shops and cafes were a bit far too, although the tram and bus connections were very good.

The location was good and the facilities including the kitchen were good. The check in , check out process was automated and easy.

The towels provided in the rooms were not that clean. I forgot to take photos of that.
