The location was great. The appartment is nice, clean and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is also good with a nice shower.

There is one simple reason I would not book this apartment again and that is the quality of the beds. Simply horrible. You would expect the host to be able to buy somewhat decent beds. The bunk beds were just terrible, you could feel the wooden stakes through the matrass. The double bed was also not very comfortable. Considering the location and the quality of the living room and the kitchen, you would assume the beds would be of good quality as well.

Well located in main shopping street of Knokke and close to beach promenade.

This property was completely MIS-sold. I was looking for accommodation for 4 adults - not two adults and 2 children under 10 willing to share a broom cupboard with bunk beds and wafer thin mattresses. It was advertised as having parking - which was not advised as an extra cost. The tone and attitude of the owners/managers was nothing short of being rude, aggressive and hostile. It was all about rules, penalties and criminality. Not the way an adult would like to be treated. I am not a child and did not appreciate the ‘teacher-child’ relationship. Two weeks after leaving I am still waiting for a return of 145 euros (to cover deposit which is not mentioned on booking.com and parking which turned out was not accessible).

Super cool appartement, very well situated. Great bedlinen all nice and soft in the master bedroom.

The second room is really for children with a bunker bed with rather thin mattresses and kids sheets. Would have appreciated some shower gel.
