The location was good, the pool was great, great views.

The internet was horrible as was cell reception. I would highly suggest adding Starlink Internet. I would have given an 10/10 if not for poor internet.

Zeer ruim appartement. Erg mooie plek!! Waanzinnig mooi uitzicht en mooi zwembad. Locatie is weg van de drukte en daardoor heerlijk rustig. Met de taxi of golfkar ben je overal snel.

The location was great! We really liked our stay and the staff were so kind & helpful. I would 100% stay here again. The beach right outside the villa was rocky so we didn’t swim there but it was so nice to lay on the little beach. The pool & hammocks were nice also. We rented a golf cart & had a gated parking spot for the week. The shower was huge. The fridge/freezer were handy for leftovers & we had ice trays to fill up our cups. There was a huge water dispenser so we didn’t have to purchase water. The room got cleaned & towels were changed every 3 days. There was a broom to sweep in between for sand, etc. if you’re like me & can’t stand it on your feet. It was really a great stay. This is our second trip to the island with many more to come :)

The beds were a little hard but we were so wore out from the fun & sun that we didn’t mind much.

Extremely disappointing the place was nothing like advertised. Totally deceptive. The air conditioning is only for the bedroom. The sofa bed and the remaining part of the apartment, including the kitchen and the dining area do not have air. Therefore you must remain in the bedroom and come out only when necessary. Everything was totally third rated. The bed cover was worn out, had small holes and felt dirty. The wooden windows are scratched, the bathroom faucet is loose and rusty, the the microwave has rust on top. The bathroom soap look like cheap dish dishwashing detergent (we had to buy our own soap). I thought I was totally ripped off. The place was Not worth it. There was a beach on back of the apartment, but it’s all rocks. You can barely walk on it. They portray as a normal beachfront. Bottom line, like I said, Deceptive! I don’t understand how Booking has a rating of nine for a place like this. It is the first time I write a negative comment. I asked Booking with help on changing out of this place. By the way, booking is totally non responsive. Something for you to think about when using Booking as well. I will certainly will reconsider next time. Everything is fine with Booking as long as everything is fine. Not too comforting.

For a start, the location was perfect. While one cannot swim in the sea (undercurrents etc.), you are right at the beachfront and can go to sleep to the sound of the waves. It is very safe and the hosts, Beatrice and Gerardo are a true pleasure to deal with. The infinity pool is beautiful with the perfect depth with views of the ocean. I stayed a week and decided to spend my last 3 nights there before my flight back home. Yup, I am going back from Isla Holbox. It was quiet, peaceful and the hosts did whatever they could, to make my stay comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Beatrice and Gerardo for this beautiful establishments. Solo female travelers, choose this place to stay. You will not regret it!!!!

A small thing is for tea drinkers, there is no kettle and they do not provide one. But who cares, i used the microwave to heat water i needed.

The surrounding is wonderful. The swimming pool and the beach are intimate and beautiful. The apartment was well equipped, with big shower, kitchen and water supply. We would love to come back!

There were stains on the sheets, but they were changed after contact with the staff. Supposedly it was rust stains.
