Nice room, with a comfortable bed. Plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Great relaxing environment. Liked the shared facilities: Pool, ping pong table, chairs, outdoor kitchen, outdoor gathering area. Very responsive staff.

The wifi signal wasn't very good in our room, outside of our room it worked great. Water heater went out for the last day and a half but we didn't let them know right away and the water isn't exactly cold in Jericoacoara so it wasn't a huge deal.

"Beautiful place, not value for money because the basic needs such a hot shower couldn’t be fulfilled"

The location was good and the establishment wonderful

There was no hot water in any of our 4 day stay, you couldn’t have a proper shower. It’s inexcusable not to be able to have a hot shower for 4 days in a row. We kept telling them each day that we have problem With the shower and they didn’t fix it until even the last day.
