Fantastic, Front line, Penthouse Apartment with amazing views

Views of the beach, open house, allows dogs, big kitchen, lots of windows and big balcony, close to everything in town

Cleanliness, neighbors making a lot of noise early mornings, smell outside

+ Clean and very well presented accommodation. Great views of Mar Menor from balcony. Nice quiet location (March). Very good pellet burner. Decent value for money.

- Less than enthusiastic communication from owner in UK and local agent at start and end of stay. Ongoing slight drainage smell from shower room that did not affect functionality. Would definitely recommend the accommodation but management need to up their customer focus a bit.

Very comfortable apartment. Really appreciated the pellet stove as it was quite chilly. As we were out of season not many restaurants open but there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen to cook meals. Great location next to the beach which my dog really enjoyed. Easy to get to Cartagena and Murcia and other parts of the Mar menor.

Out of season most of the neighboring apartments were closed up. Whilst we enjoyed the peace and quiet it would not be for everyone.

We liked the quiet little town and the unit was right at the beach which was nice and quiet while we were there in late October. It has a large patio deck overlooking the beach. It is modern, tastefully decorated and clean just as advertised. Well equipped kitchen and even had beach towels available. Very spacious with wonderful views of the beach and bay for great sunrises. Several restaurants within walking distance and a close drive to La Manga. Parking available on the street easy to get. Would stay again. Host very responsive.

The exterior door lock was a bit tricky.

The location is perfect with sensational views. It was lovely to see the flamingos right outside in the water. There was everything you needed for a comfortable holiday. Beautiful and even more spacious than the pictures show.

A large terrace right by the walk along the waterfront and overlooking the sea and close to the pier in Los Urrutias. The terrace had furniture both for sitting and eating and for relaxing. Los Urrutias was still sleeping so it was very quiet and relaxed. Probably a lot more busy in the summer! The apartment had all the facilities that you could need. It could easily fit 4 people.

We had some mosquitos but own mistake since we had the bedroom window open. Mosquito net there would have been great!

The location was absolutely perfect for us so peaceful and quiet and a view to die for🤗
