Posizione molto bella, zona tranquilla, accoglienza molto familiare e vicino alla città di Lienz.

Exceptional value, friendly and helpful host, spotless clean house. The location is terrific as well, with quick access to the train line between Lienz (Osttirol) and the rest of Caranthia. I'd love to stay again.

Nice house, warm in winter time, cleanliness, handy kitchen, Laufhaus nearby

Bed a bit soft for me

The building is not along the main road, which is good for quiteness. The owner is very friendly. The room has all you need for a short permanence. Fridge and stove available.

Some noise from the entrance and the other rooms.

Kitchen was nice to have. Bathroom wasn’t listed as private, but was used only by our family. They were very helpful driving us to the train station at 6 am on New Years Day when we needs to catch and early train.

Communication was very difficult. The only way to communicate in advance was by phone, and they don’t speak English, so it was very difficult. I would have like to have been able to email. Location isn’t worth visiting on its own, but it worked for us on the way to somewhere else.
