From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a warmth that turned my stay into something truly special. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms so fresh and perfectly kept that each day felt like coming back to a peaceful sanctuary. But what made this experience unforgettable was Ms. Angelika. Her constant smile, genuine kindness, and readiness to help in every situation brought a personal touch that no luxury can replace. She made me feel seen, valued, and cared for — as if I were the only guest in the hotel. This is more than a place to sleep; it’s a place where hospitality lives, and where people like Ms. Angelika turn a stay into a cherished memory.

No A/C but I was provide with two fans at least to help a little.

Nádherný apartmán v horách, milá paní na recepci, vše nám vysvětlila. Bylo nám líto, že jsme zde strávili jen jednu noc, rádi se sem vrátíme na delší pobyt. Kuchyně byla skvěle vybavená, vše potřebné je k dispozici.

One of the best accommodations we stayed at during our extensive travels in Austria. Cosy, modern, well-equipped apartment with great views overlooking Lienz. Firm but comfortable beds. Due to the 60 euro cleaning fee it is more efficient to stay for multiple days. Highly recommended.

The high-class treatment by Mrs. Angelica, as she was quick to respond, brought us decaffeinated coffee capsules, and also brought us chairs and an outdoor table for the balcony. She was very respectful and cooperative, and she wished us to complete the full stay.

, unfortunately i there is no air conditioning, and the host brought us a portable air conditioning unit that runs on water and does not provide the required coolness in such hot summer weather. Also, the area of ​​the apartment we stayed in did not match what was mentioned in the description of the area of ​​the apartment when we booked, and the host informed us. We are sorry for that, and it was an unintentional mistake, and we were refunded for that. The apartment does not have an elevator, and the city does not contain tourist attractions. The city is suitable for staying for a day or two to pass from one area to another while travelling. We were supposed to stay in this apartment for five nights, but we were unable to stay for the reasons mentioned, and we left the place having only completed two nights.

The view from the room was stunning and the room was super clean the place looks brand new. All the facilities were very clean full kitchen with a dish washer. There is a great spar super nearby.

They had no body soap or shampoo so come prepared

Beautiful accommodation, the kids loved the loft for their bedroom (not for little ones as ladder access). Comfortable bed, nice balcony to sit with a glass of wine. There are essentials in the reception fridge but we'd advise you get what you need in Lienz before you head up unless you have a car. The breakfast baskets were brilliant. The staff were absolutely superb. The wine was excellent and the view spectacular. We didn't want to leave.

This is the best accommodation I know (and we are travelling a lot) - very very clean apartement, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, new towels during your stay, amazing views from the balcony and bathroom towards Lienzer Dolomiten, luxury furniture, very kind and helpful staff, online communication with reception, home breakfast possibility, new whirlpool and sauna with panoramatic window. Large apartement with many spaces for suitcases and clothes.

No air conditioning even tough booking said it would have. 28+ degrees inside during july.
