Absolutely amazing customer service, helped us with parking and arrival and departure times. Couldn't have wished for more!

A tiny bit noisy due to being on a busy street on a bank holiday weekend but to be expected so not really a bad thing!

Flat was extremely hot and was no fan available no window in bedroom, bed was not very comfortable and winter quilt to thick
