Steenkoppies Estate semi self catering unit 2

The property is situated in a safe and secure area, it is exceptionally clean well taken care off and all appliances available and working.

Nothing at all

Comfortable, quiet, clean. Excellent, friendly host, Louis. Had backup power (yay!) with wonderful aircon as well as all sorts of extras - rusks, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, good appliances. Beautiful garden. Well behaved, sweet dogs. Very comfortable bed and chairs. Lovely linen and decor. Felt very at peace and relaxed. Loved it!

I did not prepare properly for there not being a stove or hot plate, so some cooking was a challenge. However, there is a microwave, toaster, braai - all adequate for self catering if you are prepared.

We were well received by a very friendly Mr Gerhard who walked us to our very clean and well furnished roomy unit. The place is very beautiful, the huge beautiful garden and the swimming pool were amazing. There's a lot of braai areas for everyone and a big fire pit. The place is very quite throughout the day and night - safety is not questionable as the place is fanced all around with electric fence and the location is tranquil and away from noise pollution.

I didn't like the fact that the unit had no stove - I would have loved to have something cooked in house. So unfortunately we had to eat out. The restaurants are a stone throw from the estate. By the way there's no "Eishkom" loadsheding.

The dog on the property was quite a nuisance. Had to keep the gate closed at the property to keep her out.
