HOLIDAY RENTALS PISCINA, PLAYA PARKING a 5 min caminando del PUERTO DE BENALMADENA

Property in excellent location, 5 min walk to Marina and beach. Lovely little studio, in a quiet apt block, never heard a noise from next door apts. Nice pool area, only fault was not having sun loungers to lie on, you can rent them for 5 euros from the little bar but they only have 3 to rent, the apt has 2 sun chairs and umbrella which was handy for beach.

Only thing that saved our time in STUDIO ,NOT ONE BED APARTMENT WAS THE VIEW

We are friends in our sixty travelling to what we thought was a one bed apartment for 5 weeks, as that's what was advertised, on arrival we found a tiny apartment which is very tired to say the least, most of my lady friends clothes had to stay in suitcase as no room in what they have the cheek to call a waldrobe . I had a broken hat / coat stand for mine. We were charged 2700 for our stay, other similar studios in area are 1400 . Be very careful if booking this as an apartment, its more like a bed sit .I feel I spent 5 weeks chasing both booking.com and piscina to move us with no help or assistance from either. Disgraceful services.

Patricia was the best 'host' we have ever had. She went so much above and beyond in service and information. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even gave us a free 'taxi' ride to the airport. She was an absolute star and should get a medal!

Apart from the shower room basin never holding water long enough for a decent shave, everything else was fine.

Stayed here for 9 nights at the start of September and would definitely recommend. We are a couple and the apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was really clean and such a lovely view. The location is ideal for the beach , bars and restaurants. It’s really close to the marina too.The shower is great and the pool and garden around the pool are really nice .I believe the pool closes mid September after speaking with a resident and doesn’t reopen until summer time.While we were staying the pool hours were 11-3.30 and then 4.30-8 Other than tha it was great and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Benalmádena 😊

Only one suggestion i would have is that it could do with having some heavy/ blackout curtains or even blinds.

I loved my stay. The apartment met all my needs. Comfortable beds & couch, nice view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi, tons of international TV channels to choose from. Patricia was available to answer any of my questions if needed. It was great to have lots of restaurants & cafes on my doorstep, supermarkets too. The pool and garden are very clean and its a great place to get some sun throughout the day. My favourite thing about the apartment is just how quiet & relaxing it is and with only a 5 minute walk you're back on the busy promenade & marina. I can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely rebook if I return to Benalmadena in the future.

Couldn't find a fault.

Very clean apartment and very helpful and friendly host who picked us up from the train station and dropped us back on departure too. All went very well and was very good value for money.
