Crockery and kitchen utensils need to be improved on for those guests who want to self cater

Absolute gem, the flat was clean and family friendly, and so it was Mario, the host. The nearby beach is literally 20 seconds away, and all the other amenities like shops are also 5-10 minutes away by car, which is very much needed. Bari city centre is also a short drive away and the nearby city Mola di Bari is a great spot with lots to do and to eat!

Very good location when you have a car and want visit Bari, Matera and Arberobello. Good communication with host’s translator. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine in place.

We stayed in the studio which was made from the garage and you could smell humidity. The air conditioner which we had to use to heat up little bit smell bad as well. Very small bathroom which ceiling need to be repainted and bed seemed be so unstable even when you just try to sit. Photos which you can see are mixed I guess from different apartments so it’s look like the rooms are very light and spacious but if you will get “garage” one is far from it. So I think it’s depend where you will be located and maybe other apartments are nicer.

On arrival, the owner and his representative were waiting for us. Communication with the owner's representative was excellent. We had an issue with the door lock on arrival, and the owner fixed it in an hour. Both are very friendly and accommodating.

For the cost of the apartment, it's great value. There is an apartment next door, and you never know who could be staying. Fortunately for us, it was unreserved.

Lack of sockets, broken and dirty shower, narrow parking spot, uncomfortable and unstable couch, entrance door not closing entirely, blankets not really clean

The owner was very helpful and kind. Apartment has an amazing view over the sea and it is very comfortable. We loved our stay there.
