Fantastic host who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Very good with communication. The apartment is in a great spot in Buenos Aires, just a block from Florida street and a reasonable walk to Plaza de Mayo, Teatro Colon, the Obelisk. A nice little grocery store is just across the street. Apartment is on the 9th floor in a high rise with a nice small balcony overlooking the area. Good security. Great wifi. Shower with hot water. And at a very good price for central Buenos Aires. If you are looking for a great deal and don't care too much about personal comfort this may be a good bet.

Unfortunatelyl the apartment is very old and outdated. It has a nice wood parquet floor but the bathroom is tight and hard to move around, the ktichen is just a carve out from the sitting area with an ancient cooktop, very limited utensils, no microwave. There was not even a single bowl included. The old refrigerator hums loudly. There is an area for sitting, but no comfortable furnishings. The bed is an old mattress with a futon on top. And the place appears grimy in many spots. I would like to recommend this place just because the host is so attentive, but the living standard is very low.

it‘s very nice apartment with balcony and nice view. the location is perfect. everything is within a walking distance or you can go by Subte etc. there are nice restaurants,bar, shops etc around.. safe area to go out at nighttime.

the nice old building at the corner had been pulled down and there is a bit construction noice, but it is not a big problem
