Our host was wonderful, greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the apartment. A welcome package including, a bottle of wine and her home produced, eggs and banana’s. Fantastic place to stay and relax.

"Lovely stay and host"

Studio is amazing to come back to after a long day of exploring Madeira.

its not possible to walk to bakery or shops for example since its too far and too high from the center. So you do need a car for everything but roads are good so no problem here, just something to be aware of.

Our host was really friendly. She welcomed us with bananas and eggs from her personal agriculture (which were amazing), plus a bottle of wine and sweets. The studio had all the amaneties needed with a nice terrace view over the sea and village.

We couldn't find the house. But the lovely Host went to pick us up. And had such a great welcome. Tasty treats from Madeira, fruit, wine, cookies. We had a amazing breakfast on the balcony, My favourite places. The room is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and more! The WiFi network works perfectly, you even have a little cute living room. The scenery is breathtaking! Definitely coming back when we go to Madeira!

I spent over two weeks at the apartment, partially working and partially vacationing. The place is super clean and very comfortable, it has all kitchen utensils you might need for longer stays, spare towels, blankets, absolutely everything. The internet is fast and reliable. The balcony is actually much more spacious than it seems in the pictures and it has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Great spot to work, have a lunch, or just chill with a book :) And the host is the most amazing person in the world, she will do everything in her power to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. That includes feeding you with delicious home made goodies or coming to your rescue when you get lost. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

Just keep in mind the apartment is on a mountain (like most of the village). Still, I didn't have a car and survived without any problems :)
