The owner was very creative. Spacious. Strategic location. Good environment. No parking issue. Easy check in & check out. Deposit paid via online banking or TnG e-wallet & will refundable after 3 days check out. There's a swimming pool for adults & kits. Nice view. For those who living with family is highly recommended. Value for money.
The air-conditioning at master bedroom was leaking & can't be use due the compressor inside the house make the leaving room is very hot. It's should be fix outside not inside. Level 4 no lift. Walk-up apartment. Should mention inside the description. Refundable deposit should be done at the check out time no need to wait after 3 days check out.

1) I like the owner.. the way he respond to my complaint. 2) Easy check-in & Check-out
1) no lift 2) bathroom is dirty, many empty plastic bottle on the floor.. 3) very bad smelly when we open the fridge. Cannot used it.. but the owner is a nice man.. he gave us discount because we cannot used it. 4) Living room area very hot, because the compressor facing inside of the kitchen and living room... no aircond.
