L'accoglienza della Sig.ra Giuliana, il parcheggio privato, la pulizia, la dotazione della casa, la vicinanza della stazione. Come descritto nell'annuncio è una mansarda, quindi bisogna abituarsi. Nei punti più bassi qualche testata, ma poi si fa attenzione. Un'ottima scelta.

L'appartamento è ben arredato , comodo e arieggiato , il bagno spaziosissimo con tutti gli accessori . Dalla finestra del salotto si vede il mare ed è bellissimo . A 5 minuti dalla spiaggia posizione eccellente e padroni di casa disponibili e cordiali .
