Elvis Nest

Very clean, modernly furnished, quiet and comfortable apartment with a lovely terrace. Wi-fi was excellent. Two big supermarkets and a beach very near. No parking problem. 10 minute walking distance to city center. Fotis, the owner, was very friendly and always reachable. We chose this district to be near to both Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas and we were very pleased to stay here. Bonus tip: On Wednesdays there is a street market nearby where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Very well equipped appartement. Very clean. Close to the beach and the taverns with many shops in walking distance. Fotis is a great host. Always available and ready to assist if you should need something.

First - THE HOST, Mr. Fotis ! Extremely helpful, willing to help you literally with everything. You don't know Greek language , you are hungry and tired as well? Just tell him, and he will call and make a delivery order for you. You want to know more about the city, where to go, what to visit? Ask him! I He responses almost immediately, in case you need any help. Apartment is extremely couzy, clean, waiting yiu with a welcome bottle of wine. He asks you every few days if you would like ti have your apartment cleaned by the cleaning lady. There is a small front yard, where your kids can play. And the last but not least, sandy beach is less then 2 minutes by foot, with lot bars on the beach. You only need to pay for the drinks or food you order, that way sunbeds are free of charge ( it could be 2 coffees, water,juice..doesn't matter ). There is also a children playground in the beach, where your kids could play. Nea Moudania - We fall in love with the city,and we will be back there for sure ! And we do not planing changing our host!

Everything was perfect!

Everything in the apartment is very new and comfortable. The apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and the center and yet in a very quiet location. Fotis (owner) is very hospitable and very nice person. He helped us in many matters that we may need during our holiday. He sincerely answered all our questions. We had a very nice holiday, you can choose without thinking. if we go to Nea Moudania again we will definitely stay in the same place and have Greek beer with Fotis=)

The location was perfect, literally 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and 10-15 minutes to the marina and the restaurants, but that on its own is nothing in light of the hospitality Fotis showed me, the previews guest reviews were not exaggerating - this is the most attentive caring host I have ever met, exceptional people skills, an easy going attitude, nothing was too much trouble, I have never felt so welcomed anywhere my whole life, Fotis has a natural talent for communicating with people and his sunny disposition made this one of the most memorable stays I have ever had, recommend the Elvis Nest a 1000%, you will not regret it!

Everything is fantastic! Perfect location, near to a wonderful beach. The apartment is so comfortable and clean, you don't wanna go home. The best thing is the owner. Fotis is the kindest person. We definitely will return back there.

An exceptional host. Comfortable, cozy and clean apartment with a nice balcony. Feeling like you are at home. An exceptional beach is very close. The city center is within walking distance. In the next street there is a street market every Wednesday with an excellent selection of food and clothes. In general, a recommendation for everyone who chooses to stay in Nea Moudania.
