Free private parking, stylishly decorated, very comfortable beds (and the whole place was very comfortable in general), great facilities including plenty of pillows, clean towels, washroom items and a hairdryer including the diffuser (very rare in most hotels!) great outdoor patio area and outdoor garden room, mod-cons, kitchen was well kitted out, very clean, hosts were very helpful and available but in no way overbearing, excellent location walking distance from the main Skeggy places and right next to a lovely quiet beach.

Everything! This is an absolutely beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, wonderfully presented, the hosts have considered everything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need - utensils etc and also an astonishing amount of supplies had we forgotten anything. The styling is beautiful, the fixtures were high quality and four pints of milk in the fridge when we arrived was so kind. We would definitely recommend and will absolutely return. Thank you so much!!

Everything! Decor stunning, everything was thought of for our stay. Kerry & Nick fabulous hosts. Attention to details 100%. Property was immaculate throughout. Highly recommend.

There is nothing to not like. Nothing negative to report at all. Best property to stay at in Skegness.

Nicky and Kerry have set up a beautiful apartment from decoration to the amazing shower. You have both thought in depth what people will like, from how comfortable everything is to having a stocked kitchen with bits we'd need. Thank you for making us feel welcome. We will be back!
