Clean, comfortable, separate bathrooms, very quiet. The fruit bowl and variety for breakfast very welcome. Heater turned on before we arrived so place was already warming up, really appreciated, given the weather was yuk. Variety of games available and used, thank you.

Size of the unit Quiet Comfortable

Such a homely, comfortable place, close to the city but surrounded by bush and birdsong, totally quiet at night. Breakfast, if you want it, fresh bread, milk, cereal and fruit, fridge full of spreads, great coffee and tea selection! We couldn't have wished for more.

The space was fabulous. Each of the two bedroooms had their own ensuite which was lovely. The breakfast supplies were great, cereals , fruit, yoghurt as well as toast and spreads with the coffee and tea selections. Beds were quite firm. nice and warm spot. Very quiety.

Maybe a topper on the beds as the ladies found it very firm, but the blokes didnt mind. Everything else was fantastic. No complaints.

Good value for money. Quiet secluded location with awsome bush right on the boundary. Plenty of room for two couples and a nice touch with added breakfast.

All really good. A suggestion would be given the high rainfall that prevails in New Plymouth some protection could be added to protect from rainwater comming through the deck above onto the entrance door and onto the carpet just inside the door.

Photos on website showing a large fridge, but only a small one was there, we had lots of cold food, no tv reception due to satellite dish being retuned, not owner’s fault.
