"We we two families staying together in the house. t"

Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds. Large house. Large kitchen and dining. Host was lovely and very helpful.

TV (no channels in English and not a smart TV so could not connect to netflix etc so kids could watch a movie etc)

"Fabulous stay"

This is a fantastic property close to the ski slope and to the centre of Nozawa. The owner was super helpful, the flat is well equipped, everything was perfect for our ski trip!

The owners were helpful and friendly. Amenities were great, and apartment layout was suitable for 2 families. The location is very central to town and ski slopes but there was a bit of a hike up to the property from the bus station, especially with big luggages.

I would rate this property and service from the owners of the Lodge 5 stars. It was modern, clean, spacious, very informative on the area about restaraunts, onsens etc... very easy to access the nearest Gondola as well!

"Happy and will return again"

Rie was a great host. She helped us made restaurant reservation when we arrived after 2pm and almost all restaurant is closing for lunch. On a Sunday she also helped me to contact the hospital to see my daughter when she injured her leg while skiing. She helped me to arrange a private car to bring my luggage to Iiyama station when the road are slippery with snow.
