Good value accommodation, clean and quiet with secure gated car park. Our second time staying here when we come over from Cyprus to visit family and friends in the East Midlands.

Nothing major, access to a vacuum cleaner would be good as we tend to stay around 10-14 days. No plug in the bathroom sink which means leaving the tap running to shave but this is common everywhere today.

The location was very good for the university and very central for walking to restaurants & canal

Everything was very clean, the tap in the kitchen was broken & at one point didn't think it was going to turn off. Small parts need a bit of decoration but overall very good.

Central to loughborough. Only a short walk into the town. Well equiped, clean, comfortable.

The only negative not sufficient pans or utensils to cook with. Frying pans warped so didnt work weĺl on ceramic hob. Bed and pillows a bit hard.

Bed was quite comfortable.

Where to start. Inside was disgusting there was dirty watermarks all over the ceilings and running down the walls, lights missing in the ceiling cobwebs thicker than wool so don’t think this had been cleaned as the floors were so dirty you wrecked white socks. The shower felt like you needed another when you got out, not to mention the crack in the shower you caught you foot on and nearly fell down. The bed was comfortable and bedding very clean but you where then woken by either the rat infestation gnawing at the floor joists, the crackheads outside your window or just by the sheer sound of traffic. They charge extra for 2 cars to be parked in the “ gated car park “ that has an opening at the back so your cars aren’t actually safe and anyone from the street can walk in there without the code.
