All in all I paid £1300 stayed with 5 kids for sleep over all kids got splinters with socks on floor needs a industrial sand. Heating goes off at 6 freezing cold inside maybe different in summer Boiler can’t even fill the hot tub so forget that Not even a small refund sent a email day before no outside visitors aloud Does not mention that when you book What a shame

It’s such a unique space and great for a night with a large group of friends! The hot tub and sauna is fab too.

The two pull out sofa beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses were very thin and when you lay down, the springs practically are reaching the floor. There is also no bathroom bin which can make things a little uncomfortable for girls and the toilet often doesn’t flush.
