Loved it! Our host Monika was lovely and friendly. We met her and her husband a few times during our stay. Very central. Easy 5 minute walk into town. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in. Great hosts! They have thought of everything to ensure you have THE BEST STAY!

The property was absolutely perfect. It is located in a quiet residential area but only 5 minutes (if that) stroll into the center of Oberammergau. The apartment is really well furnished with some lovely extra touches such as a vase of fresh flowers on the table. There is a nice patio at the front with table, chairs and an awning. The patio looks out on to a nice garden. The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need and lots of extras such as coffee machines, electronic meat slicer (at least I think that’s what it was - we didn’t try it). The bedroom is at the back and looks out onto a lovely meadow. Oberammergau is a lovely place to stay with plenty to do, especially if you like hiking or cycling in the mountains. The Alpine Slide on the outskirts of Oberammergau (about a 25 minute walk from the apartment) is 2.6km long and is great fun and if you are a cyclist you can be dragged up the mountain on your bike on a pommel lift. Overall the apartment and Oberammergau were excellent places to stay.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

The house was perfect and extremely well equipped and the garden was a bonus as we were lucky with the weather. Monika and her husband picked us up from the station and drove us to the house.which was perfectly located a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Oberamergau with a wide selection of restaurants and shops.

That we had to come home, we could have stayed longer..
