great central location in the centre of Congleton, nice apartment with everything you need

the arrival was v stressful as there was a key code that activated bang on the dot. I had asked for a slightly earlier checkin (even 30 minutes before) as my aunt was staying here with my toddler and baby whilst we attended a wedding which started at checkin time. This was refused (no reason given except that checkin was always 3pm) and when my 70 year old aunt tried the pin maybe a few minutes before 3pm it didn't work then proceeded to lock them out until eventually the landlord could be reached to reset the pin. Not a good start to the stay.

The property is well managed and secure comminication was excellent ever deatil has been thought through you only need to bring yourself and any food that you like to cook we will stay with this property on future visit to family

This property is excellent and there is nothing not to like I have no negative comments to make

Perfect accommodation whilst working in the area. Clean, tidy and helpful host. Used for a few weeks now.

No complaints.

Tasteful decoration, all facilities present needed for a one night stay. Had morning tea in seating area outside next to car park in lovely sunshine. Enjoyable!

Shower screen not fully leak tight, left a little puddle on the floor, no big deal though.
