Cortes de agua y mucho olor de gas por no tener el calentador del agua salida al exterior. Por lo demás bien 👌.

Our highlights were... the pool which was open 24/7. the completeness of the kitchen facilities the host. the peace and quiet. Loved this place except for a few small things....

Wifi didn't work (well) in bedrooms. TV was small - we enjoy sitting and watching a film as a family but it was a bit too small (~35 inches). Pool was closed for 24 hours for cleaning during our stay. Pre-payment prior to arrival was a pain.

Qu'il manque d'eau quand il y a panne d'électricité L'aboiement des chiens dans l'entourage à tout moment, même parfois la nuit. La ruelle cahoteuse et pourrait être plus propre Les rues El Carmen, Duarte et celle longeant la mer sont bruyantes et, les trottoirs pas sécuritaires.

A large apartment with everything you need for your stay. It was spotless and the pool lovely. Tons of hot water and a cool breeze so no need for ac. The building was quiet. Easy walk to town and to the beach. Supermarkets are 10 mins away and they deliver if you buy more than 5000 pesos. Great communication with Regis the owner.

The noise from the street can be loud. The locals love their music and their bikes! But we found this all over the island. It is the you pay for convenience.

The apartment is spacious and clean. the kitchen and the washing machine are great, nice natural wind on the 3rd floor even without the air con, the ceiling fans are more than sufficient. the host is friendly and very helpful which makes all the differences.

somehow no hot water in the shower after one week, but i managed to use the bucket and from the kitchen so no problem. the toilet sometimes needed to flush a few time as it is not powerful, but managed ok. the toaster is not working but managed to use frying pan.

Location is good apartment with kitchen fully stocked with cookware and coffee pot

No AC can get very hot depending on time of year

This the best of the best place in las terrenas : if you guys have a plan to stay like your home this is the best place : clean large kitchen , huge balcony clean swimming pool Mr Regis he is a wonderful person . Very nice place

Everything!!! Beautiful apartment and swimming pool, in a quiet and safe area. Great spot has everything you need, also an amazing host. !!Thank you Regis!! He picked us up from the bus station and took us back to it also.
