Villa Victoria

Everything was great. The views and proximity to beach. Maria is charming and full of local Cretan hospitality.

Some shade on the balcony would be handy. There was a back exit with facilities, but a little shade on the private balcony would have been welcome for morning coffee.

Maria is, as ever, a gem.

The hill gets steeper every year.

Maria was an excellent host.On Arrival we were given Wine, Raki,Water, Cake & Biscuits.She was also knowledgeable of the local area.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Although we did not cook during our stay,some guests may appreciate a Microwave.The Bathroom Window could be changed to open toward the wall and not in to the Shower Tray Area in Apartment 3.I was hit by the window on windy days until I found how to lock.Reversing would allow window to be left open for venting of steam.A wedge for the door or hook on Door to stop slamming.

Lovely bright,very clean studio with gorgeous sea view. Maria was an excellent and helpful host. Great location on the edge of Makrigialos village, right beside one of the beaches and a short walk from shops, restaurants and bus stop.

The studio balcony was connected to the adjoining studio so no privacy

Maria is so helpful and welcoming, she made our stay lovely. The location is fantastic, really close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was really spacious

The AC unit struggled with the heat!

Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. Having stayed before we knew exactly what we were getting. That's why we go back. Villa Victoria is basic and very clean in a quiet area close to the beach.

We could have stayed longer, the time went too quickly.

Maria and her husband were very friendly and nothing was ever too much bother. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and great value for money. The location (a few minutes walk to the beach and local tavernas ) was good. We appreciated the extra gifts Maria left to welcome us.
