Liked the layout of the room and had a very nice pool. Location was in a pretty good area, away from the crowds.

The room wasn’t very clean. We dealt with ants and cockroaches the first few days until we bought some spray and got rid of them ourselves. The staff came up the first day, but the spray didn’t work, so that’s why we got our own. We also got another cleaner for the floors and bathroom too. Dishes were also dirty with caked on food and glasses and cups with streaks and marks. The soundproofing through the doors weren’t very good and were able to hear everything. Not the problem of the resort, some of the residents have problems closing their doors, they love to slam them, which causes an echo and amazing bang.

Large and spacious room with kitchenette, mini-fridge. Shower had great water pressure. Great location very close to north end of Patong beach. Great price. Great staff!

No cleaning, no blanket for third person, no help from hotel staff as they always said that the room has owner and everything requires extra charge.
