"ok but i prefer not to stay in that apartment ...the lounge was uncomfortable and the bed as well"

The security man didnt have emergency contact numbers incase of a situation .. The door key pad failed..my phone and money was inside the apartment, it was 9pm and he said these nothing he could do, he wasn't able to reach out to Lofty and asked me to wait until the next morning until office hours... I was furious.

"The place has good potentials but it needs a good refurbishment"

The apartment was close to the beach and it had really good view over Patong. The place has pretty much everything to have a comfortable stay. Wifi was very good.

The place is tired, it needs a good refurbishment/maintenance. Towels were worn and had stains. Bedding had stains too. They got changed when we notified the agent but even the new towels were worn and had stains. Aircond is very noisy. I like hard bed but this one was even hard for me. The place is located on a very steep hill, some of the tuk tuk/ tax drivers didn't want to drive up.
