Clean and tidy nice balcony swimming pool good with excellent sun beds

The big thing even with tak tak was the hill. The second bed wasn’t very good. Falling to pieces and a bit awkward to pull out and make each evening. But fortunate my son is only 6. For a grown up it wouldn’t be very good.

Great modern high rise building complex up a steep hill which is good exercise. Good view of the mountains.Great rooftop pool which needs some potted trees to provide some shade from the sun. If you get too hot to you have to.leave as there's no shade.Great to have a washing machine Response to problems was prompt but the problems should have been sorted beforehand..Wifi is great and the views are good it's reasonably private overlooking the rooftop pool area of the next building and the mountain in the distance. Overall a good stay with small.improvements needed.

The owners of this apt need to take better care of their great investment. Small things like Pillows need replacing, it needs a mattress topper as the bed is way too hard for western backs. Needs larger bin, rubbish removal and regular cleaning, no broom provided. Stove and fridge did not work although there was an attempt to repair it fridge had to be removed as it was leaking gas, had to use microwave instead which I do not like to do. Balcony needs a small table to put drinks on These are small things that make a huge difference to the holiday. Improve these things and you'll be able to charge more for room rental. It's a catch 22 if you don't upkeep the apt investment your bookings and rates go down if you do, then bookings increase at higher rates Simple! Maintain your investment and you make more money

Rooftop pool with great view, gym, very nice balcony, large bed, desk that you can work from comfortably, stable temperature and pressure in the shower

Big flat screen tv but it's not smart tv The door lock works weird, it's shifted and you always have to turn it in once more to be able to get the key back when opening and then use tte inside part to reset it so you can close The sink in bathroom had some strange marks The shower head is very high up and its hard to find a good position
