newly renovated, well appointed, beautiful, stylish, cozy, clean, excellent/central location, great view, light, free parking, responsive owners

south-facing and no A/C so very hot during a heat wave (but would be really lovely any other time of the year), 5th floor and no lift (ie not ideal for people with mobility issues), building works in the parking lot so difficult to walk with suitcases (but that's temporary!), loud church bells in the morning
