Comodissimo, di fronte al porto. Vista spettacolare.

Capelli, non miei, nello scarico della vasca da bagno. Scarichi del bagno maleodoranti. Il tubo della doccia è troppo corto e non si può agganciare al sostegno; inoltre, se si è più alti di un metro e sessanta, bisogna lavarsi piegati. Sarebbe opportuna una ristrutturazione del bagno, inserendo la doccia al posto della vasca con tenda, visti gli inconvenienti sopra descritti per lavarsi.

Unser 16ter Elba-Urlaub sollte endlich einmal in einem der Gebäude am Fährhafen enden, um einen schönen Ausblick auf den Fährverkehr zu genießen. So verbrachten wir nun 6 Nächte dort. Das ist mit diesem Apartment in der 7ten Etage des letzten/ersten Gebäudes garantiert. Toremar direkt vor uns, Moby rechts, Blue Navy links vom Balkon aus betrachtet. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Per Whatsapp gab es guten Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Das Apartment und das Gebäude sind irgendwann in der Zeit stehen geblieben, vorsichtig ausgedrückt. Enttäuschend. Beispiel. Für uns war es sehr unangenehm, dass die WC-Spülung, Auslöser ein zu drückender Knopf in Brusthöhe an der Wand, nur ab und zu funktionierte. Nicht, wenn man sie brauchte. Wir hatten immer einen Eimer mit Wasser gefüllt. Ein Glück. Von Freitag bis Samstag, unserem Abreisetag, gab es gar kein Wasser im Apartment....soviel zum Gebäude.

"A good stopover for a night on arrival on Elba"

Excellent location with great view on the port and the fort, just next to bus stops and ferry docks. Good balcony. Good WiFi. The flat is well equipped (fridge, TV, coffee machine, kitchen etc).

No door for the bedroom (only flimsy curtain) so no real darkness at night. Bed not very comfortable. Noisy neighbours.

"An amazing view from the balcony over the port and the old town!"

This apartment is located very centrally, just in front of the ferries arriving from the continent and the old part of Portoferraio. There are all the necessary services around the corner, such as supermarket, car rental, bus station etc. Portoferraio is a lovely little town full of great history and architecture! And the most impressive experience with this apartment is the view from the apartments balcony over the port and the old town! It's really amazing!
