the only value is the location - beautiful surroundings

I do not recommend contacts with ELBA-VACANZE.NET 1. this is how I concluded a contract with booking.com for two apartments and paid for two apartments on 17.11.2022 - contract no. 2328.409.355 for the amount: - accommodation PLN 6286 - 10% VAT PLN 629 - € 105 cleaning fee per stay PLN 463 - € 87 cleaning fee per stay PLN 384 - total price around PLN 7762 (EUR 1759) 2. the exact amount of two transfers, paid by me - charged directly by ELBA-VACANZE.NET: - PLN 4763.06 - PLN 3177.06 - total PLN 7940.12 (equivalent to EUR 1799) 3. ELBA-VACANZE.NET claim that they charged me 17.11.2022 only EUR 940 + EUR 627 = total EUR 1567 (equivalent to PLN 6,914.75) 4. 18.06.2023 ELBA-VACANZE.NET forced me to pay 105 Euro + 87 Euro (for the second time, in my opinion, as a cleaning fee for two apartments) - I have confirmation of payment of these fees. Is it fair? If indeed the cleaning fee was not included in the transfers paid by my on 17.11.2022, why did the amount of PLN 1025.37 (equivalent to EUR 232) disappeared from my account? I understand bank commissions, but I never paid that much - and I never had problems with spread when paying via booking.com - in this case, unfortunately, I was charged directly by ELBA-VACANZE.NET. The service ELBA-VACANZE.NET was not helpful, the apartments themselves are poorly furnished, the neighbors not very nice, the only value is the location - beautiful surroundings.
