Det fanns allt man behövde. Vi trivdes och vi fick all information vi behövde av hyresvärden. Vi har bara positivt att säga om lägenheten. Vi fick även bra träning av alla trappor.

Synd att det inte fanns hiss.

"Vollkatastrophe- nie wieder"

Extremst dreckig, abgewohnt, benutze Damenbinden der vormieter im Bad, Töpfe unbenutzbar, Boden hat geklebt, Eisfach kaputt, alles verstaubt, Bett massivst unbequem. Billigste Einrichtung, Tische kaputt und verkratzt, Löcher im Mobiliar - absolute Vollkatastrophe! Vermieter verspricht sich nach spät 2 Stunden telefonisch zu melden- lüge, wird nicht eingehalten! Auf Mails bzgl. Reklamation und Zustand der Wohnung extremst frech geantwortet dass das bei einer Privatmermietung normal sei und man nun mal wissen müsse, dass man kein Hotel bucht!

Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage war für unseren Anspruch sehr gut und der Tiefgaragenstellplatz für uns perfekt.

Nichts auszusetzen.

Zentral gelegen. Geschäfte und Anfahrt zu den Seen mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen. Radwege ausgezeichnet beschildert und sehr gut ausgebaut.

Trotz gesendeten Skizze und sofortigem Auffinden durch die Umleitung ist es uns ohne Hilfe von Einheimischen und mehrmaligen Umfahren nicht gelungen die Tiefgarage zu erreichen. Ein Durchfahrts-Verbotsschild versperrte die Zufahrt zur Garage. Auf der Skizze hätte der Zusatz "einfach durchfahren ,trotz Verbotsschild" jede Irritation ausgeschlossen und ein stressiges Weitersuchen wäre vermeidbar gewesen. Von der Tiefgarage in die FeWo führen ca. 65 Treppenstfen nach oben. Mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Zum Cospudener See und nach Leipzig war man sehr schnell. Wohnung war sauber.

Leider war aufgrund von Bauarbeiten der Nachbarblock komplett gesperrt, so dass wir nicht in die zugehörige Garage konnten. Für die Bauarbeiten kann natürlich keiner was aber eine Vorabinformation wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

zentrale, ruhige Wohnlage. Gute Austattung, schönes Bad gute Küche viel Platz

oberflächliche Reinigung, wenig Handtücher Das Bett hat sehr gequietscht. Kein Lift, 4 Stockwerke von der Tiefgarage, war bekannt
