Great location for where I needed to be and a Tesco Express straight across the road, which was great to get essential food items.

Ground floor modern property. Location is next to a major road. This made the property easy to find but meant more road noise than we are used to. An easy 20 mins walk to central Peterborough and a Tesco Express opposite made getting odds and ends easy. Very clean. Onsite parking.

A few minor gripes. It was very hard to swap the bath/shower convertor between the two. Opening the front door needs both hands. Bathroom needs a loo roll holder and a working door lock. A little of the kitchen trim needs some repair but no major faults.

Space was good.

Noisy outside at night.

Quiet, comfy beds, short walk to the city, parking available. Great accommodation for my work colleagues. Will definitely book again if back and would recommend to others.

Check in was easy, the host met me and handed over. The property is immaculate, and well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Tesco opposite, Waitrose or M&S 8 minutes drive. Very quiet after 11 despite being on a busy road. A very good base for a visit to Peterborough.

I would recommend a block out blind in the bedroom, the sunlight woke me up every morning before 5am every morning.
