Obiekt nowoczesny, stworzony jako alternatywa pomiędzy hotelami typu SPA, a dziadostwem otaczającym Zsory-furdo w Mezőkövesd. Wewnętrzny, monitorowany parking, świetnie działające WIFI, telewizor w pokoju, wyposażenie kuchenne bez zarzutu w ilości przekraczającej potrzeby. Obiekt kameralny, mieści chyba 12 apartamentów. Położone na parterze mają małe tarasy. Oprócz aneksu kuchennego w apartamencie dostępna druga, większa kuchnia ze stołem mieszczącym kilkanaście osób w korytarzu - wyposażona między innymi w piekarnik, ekspres do kawy (kapsułki), mikrofalówkę, zmywarkę (dostępne kapsułki do zmywarki w kuchni) oraz dodatkowe komplety zastawy itp. Na parterze dostępne jacuzzi, sauna (instruktarz obsługi przy zameldowaniu) i duży telewizor - gdyby ktoś chciał obejrzeć np. na większym ekranie jakieś wydarzenie. W pokojach klimatyzacja (bez dodatkowych opłat), pościel i ręczniki w standardzie dobrego hotelu. Na prawdę gospodarzom należy się uznanie za stworzenie miejsca, które zasługuje na wysoką ocenę.
