This property was in a great location just off of the main drag in Pigeon Forge. Quiet and peaceful and very clean. My husband and I will definitely stay again if this is available on our next trip to the area. The host were very responsive to my questions very kind and professional. I can't say enough positive about this rental.

I had trouble figuring out the remote for AC. Maybe having instructions on use of that could be helpful if posted in rental.

We did not have access to the portal during our stay - long story. We called the contact number and had no difficulty getting the code and later the WiFi password.

The bed frame on the right on the second floor has a bent support and it is scraping the floor. Heard by the bedroom below, so that bed was not used again.

Location, well furnished, perfect!

Only thing I would change is a hook on the back of the bathroom door and it would be just like home😀!
