Top-Lage wenige Meter von der Strandpromenade und mit einer Vielzahl guter gastronomischer Betriebe und vielfältiger Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen Umfeld. Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Ausnahme: Matratze).

Ein breiteres Bett, zumindest aber ein Austausch der durchgelegenen Matratze wäre wünschenswert. Ein Nachteil der Top-Lage der Wohnung sind die zeitweise massiven Parkplatzprobleme, insbesondere an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.
