Artsy Casa Timanfaya, Playa Blanca

Logement super, assez spacieux, emplacement au top proche de de la zone d'activité de Playa Blanca sans les aléas du bruit. Les indications pour récupérer le logement etaient superbes, très précises et bien expliquées. La piscine est très jolie, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de personne ce qui est agréable pour se baigner.

Ottima posizione, zona molto tranquilla se si vuole passare una vacanza in totale relax con la presenza di tutto ciò che ti serve nelle vicinanze come supermercati ,ristoranti, bar; tutto a 5 minuti . ho trovato molto carina l’idea di mettere a disposizione un barbecue nella terrazza privata e l’utilizzo della piscina di cui non abbiamo usufruito per questioni meteorologiche . Per il resto la casa è attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve per la quotidianità.

Parfait pour un couple pour visiter Lanzarote ou comme nous habitués de Playa Blanca pour profiter du climat durant un mois. Logement bien équipé a proximité des propriétaires sympas et discrets.

Rien a dire

Microwave was poorly positioned high on a wall. Even with the step provided, it was dangerous taking hot items out of the microwave. The microwave also restricted access to a cupboard containing plates and other cookware. There was not enough toilet paper provided for a stay of 5 nights.

The house is very quiet as it is located outside the main tourist area, which made it a peaceful place to stay. It felt very authentic, with nice paintings, plenty of privacy, outdoor space, and a well cared for garden. Communication with the hosts was excellent, the place was easy to find, responses were quick, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed.

There is no air conditioning or central heating, so it could feel a bit cold in the evenings, although a portable heater was available. The facilities are slightly dated, which adds to the authentic feel but may not suit those looking for a modern interior. The property is a bit far from the town centre, so without a car you need to plan ahead, as the nearest beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk with an uphill return, though buses or an e bike work well.

The property was clean, quiet and well-supplied for a self-catering stay. We made extensive use of the pool.

The apartment is showing signs of wear and could be improved by refreshing eg. Bed linen & towels.

Der Wintergarten ist vor allem an windigen Tagen eine sehr wohltuende Ergänzung des Apts. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit der Gastgeberin Mona (per Mail) als auch mit dem netten Besitzer Hermann (persönlich) war sehr freundlich.

Ein paar Dinge bräuchten wohl gelegentlich eine Erneuerung, z.B. die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche, irgendwann auch Teile der Kücheneinrichtung. Es ist zu beachten, dass bei längeren Aufenthalten die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche selbst (mit der vorhandenen Waschmaschine) gewaschen werden müssen.
