The area surrounded was not so welcoming because the waterpark was closed, no shop near by.

the air conditioner in the bedroom needs maintenance or replacement because it's somewhat old. Also, the house outside is scary and dark, with few people in the area, and there's no body on our floor. But overall, the house is very, very beautiful I like it.
MYThe cleanliness of the place was top notch! No dirty or smelly beddings and curtains. Very clean toilet. Love it that the host provided good body and hair shampoo that lathers properly (not the cheap head-to-toe ones that tangles the hair). Just that the door sometimes locked itself so maybe the host should change the door knob. Mattresses and pillows were super comfy and we woke up fresh and without any back or neck aches. Though it would be nicer if there are extra pillows provided because some of us need 2 pillows. Clean and water-absorbing bath towels provided. Appreciate that the towels were not thin and lousy. 3-in-1coffee sachets were available for consumption. Would be really good if tea is available too for non-coffee drinkers. There's a microwave to heat up meals, Coway hot and cold water dispenser, electric kettle and mini fridge in the kitchen area. Adequate enough for instant food prep for my family. Proper/almost new sponge and dishwashing soap at the sink were a bonus as most homestay that I stayed before didn't even bother to change a heavily-used sponge. There was a packet of tissue provided in the kitchen area though I would prefer kitchen towels (for liquid spills and wiping of the dining table top). A functional and not burnt iron and ironing board provided by the host is definitely a plus point! A TV with clear standard channels, functional air-conditioning units, well lighted corridors from the lift to the unit, quiet and peaceful environment (only few units were occupied), kiblat signage and availability of prayer mat makes the stay for my ageing mum perfect! Host was friendly and very accomodating. Would definitely book again! In shaa Allah. Additional facilities/items to consider: A Miracast since no Astro or Unifi available so that we can put on specific cartoons for the children and also not miss our fave serial drama.
No WiFi available but luckily, the Telco line there was clear so not really an issue.
