"Great location with parking"

Great location,good parking, friendly owner.

The inefficiency of the under floor heating and having to ask for a freestanding heater, the incredibly noisy floor and the lack of a working TV remote.

Location good. Near to lovely little town. Free wi fi. Easy transfer. Good facilities. Friendly host

Cleanliness needs addressing. Bed slats broken. Unable to change temp. Cooker awkward to use due to positioning. Sqeaky floorboards. Noisy guests underneath in and out of property all night. Crying baby. We had to change to twin room to try to sleep. Left a day early due to this issue. Shower safety issues with base VERY slippery. I put a towel down to avoid slipping. Some utensils dirty. Health and safety information needs putting in welcome pack eg: in event of fire, exits, phone numbers of medical and nearest hospital etc.
