Almost everything....nice place to stay- clean and comfortable,

To the beach or to eat need to drive out. Unless you plan to cook.

Clean, can cook,

If want to go to the beach, back gate closed. have to drive 10 minutes to nearest beach. The propery is not easy to find and not straight fwd from normal stay, although given direction. Still inconvinience and my BIL have to look around at diff block/apt until arrive at the stay. If checkout, make sure 12.00 pm sharp, not 12.10@12.30 pm, otherwise deduct from your deposit.

Location near by Teluk Kemang, easy to find restaurant etc

Beside this house got empty house so a bit scary. But is ok nothing happened. I already told owner need to improve some of facilities inside the house exp provide toilet tissue, tea strainer, 1 unit of aircond at living room.
