Seri Bulan Holiday Apartment Affordable 2BR Beachside Stay in Teluk Kemang, PD

The environment itself is so relax and chill. Clean and tidy.

We have stayed in the apartment but on another 'seaview' block. The area is quiet and with ample parking and quite secure. During this festive period which we usually booked no issues with parking or rowdy crowd. Within walking distance from the beach which is quite popular locally. There is also a swimming pool but we haven't spent time there yet. The apartment is quite clean with the usual modern convenience; fridge, microwave oven etc. in good working condition. Furnishings are spartan but quite practical, the 'garden view' from the balcony. There is no air conditioner in the living room, but there is a ceiling fan, and the sea breeze keeps the entire open plan living room and kitchenette pleasantly cool. A flat panel TV with the local digital TV decoder set up with local TV stations (and radio stations) to keep you entertained 😜 There is a small round shaped glass topped dining table and four chairs for your meals. Two bedrooms are available with the master bedroom with an attached bathroom, the smaller room has two single beds and simple furnishings. And both have new air conditioners installed to keep you cool whenever you need to; no dripping water or rattling panels 😉 Both bathrooms are quite clean and spacious, and thankfully, the ensuite has a ventilation fan to keep the moisture and smell out. However, the apartment may need to spruced up a bit to make the stays more pleasant. 1. The wallpaper on the main wall in the living room (feature wall?) needs to be taken off, already peeling off along the seams. A simple panited wall will do and minus the "paintings." 2. The sink in the ensuite leaks, a personal no-nos for me. 3. The shower water pressure, especially in the shared bathroom, just literally dribbles from the shower head and needs a pumped water heater. 4. The doors to the rooms and the ensuite can't be closed, and the doors need to be fixed, especially for the main bedroom. 5.
